WaW is a service that optimizes workspaces to encourage collaboration, wellbeing and productivity within the team. It is focused on success of company and measuring the efficiency of workspaces.
Selected as a finalist for Laboratorio dell' l’Imprenditorialità.
Background
The co-working space market in Italy is about to increase of the 18% by 2030.
Problem
70% of the space in companies in Italy are empty.
Rents are rising, especially in major cities. +15% in Milan and +12% in Rome from 2023.
